So I was only able to install one of the lights. The way my laser diffusers are installed on the back is blocking the right light housing from being unclipped. I am seeing my installer later this week and will have them fix that. But attached is the a pic of the difference.

how is the light output compared to some of the OEM ones you see on the road?

my main concerns are the correct kelvin temp and the output

So I installed them late last night, but didn't get a chance to take a pic of it. I will try and do that tonight. The output is definitely brighter than the stock amber bulb.

The only complaint I have with the bulb is they seem a little fragile. While I was getting some work done on the laser diffuser's, the bulb was unseated. Popped them out to re-seat it and the top part broke off. Not sure if the ECU ones would be any different. Luckily I ordered 2 sets as I was thinking of replacing the side blinkers with LED's as well.

There's a 1 year warranty on their units so I'd contact them to get that replaced.

Thanks I'll reach out. Do you know if these will work as replacements for the side turn signals?

You'll need a load resistor to use the as turn signals or they'll hyper flash but anyway they uses a different bulb type.

You mean the sidemarkers that flash on signal? Yes, they work and no they do not hyper flash. Don't need load resistors.

No, but you can pick up from some local stores that distribute (Xsthetic Motorsports for example)

okay thanks, I'll probably order a set if the OEM ones didn't work out, I'll have to get my guy to do the custom resistor for it

the iJDYtoy/ECS one DO look nice but I personally think it's a bit too bright (especially too much projection to the ground)

It's great if you drop something back there at night though

I think also with yours being white, it'll tend to reflect the light more though because that looks really bright in the pic.

yea, it's really hard to capture the light correctly at night, it sure look a lot better and cleaner in person but compared to all the OEM LED out there, this is like 10x the brightness

you sure are right about the white being more reflective, here's the OEM one on my white GS, super bright too
