I think the Porsche rubber ones look great, unless you think your going to be dragging a ton of debris and liquid into the car they should be fine.

I've heard that the Porsche OEM rubber mats don't last very long though.. while the weathertech ones apparently are very well-made, albeit ugly to some people. Then again, keep in mind that these are just mats.. they're designed to be somewhat expendable.

I got the weathertech full including the trunk...Nice..except, I removed the drivers side as it seemed a bit slippery to me, but otherwise, no issues and it works great and even protects the center area in the rear seats.

I just got the Porsche mats (ECS had the best price I found). I like the look and that they use the same mounting snaps as the OEM carpets is nice.

It would be nice if they had deeper sides for the occasional really nasty day, but overall I think they'll work.

I posted a thread recently about how my OEM carpet mats were already rubbing through and someone said that the rubber mats were also of poor quality in that regard, but with less than 200 miles on them so far I can't speak to that yet.

We live in very nasty weather conditions (Western Canada) so ugly mats are the least of our worries .. WeatherTech it is. Just received notice our CD will be arriving next week.

good choice. like i said, i like em. I spilt some soda there a month or so ago and it kept everything dry like a it was inside a cup. Plus, you got the snowy weather, so you are bound to track ice and dirt water. Good luck...

In regards to the Porsche ones holding up I've had mine for the better part of 15k miles with 2 Northeast winters and they've held up fine.

+1. I've only had mine for about 6 months and they've been through a rather wet winter and they look good as new. I love the fact that I can unclip them from the floorboard, shake out the debris accumulated inside them and reclip them in under 30 seconds. About once a month I hose them down to give them a more thorough cleaning. Dealer gave them to me when I got the car. I like them; durable (at least they look it) and easy to maintain.

I have Porsche winter (rubber) mats that I also got as a gift from the dealer when I got the car. They have at least 2 problems: the don't cover the carpet underneath the gas pedal, so in winter stuff can be leaking from the shoe on a bare carpet; also after just several months of use they are showing the sign of wear.
WheatherTech mats provide much better coverage. I can't comment on how they wear since I do not have them.
