yes. They will remove original antenna connector and will use new one.
Porsche suggest replace right antenna amp, but imo this will not change reception.

price for amp about hundred euro.

One more thing,
Vehicles with factory equiped pcm 3.1 system has front dashboard center speaker.
I think it is 80mm speaker (1 pcs).
On my car with cdr31 system I do not have this speaker.

Is it possible to add this speaker now when I adding an amplifier?

In original retrofit they do not install this speaker.
But you can. need speaker, oe, not expensive, and route two wires to the amp and find two suitable round pins (contacts).

Yes.
I did it once.
Need some time for proper coding door control units,
install button, let say 100 Euro each, carefully cut oe handle inserts, use suitable connector for handle switch, route wires to door unit, and insert pin in the control module connector.

2 hours for both front doors.
OE button and led in door buttons works well.
