First of all small mistake in plenum p/n
Plenum part number: 95511064660 - it is discontinued since 27.04.2012 - now is 95511064661

And some clarification regarding throttle part number which has nothing to do with 957 Cayenne Turbo S; p/n 99760511601 is for 970/957/958 S & GTS models (engine code 4801+ PR;E0W,E2D,E1T & 4820,4840,CXPA,CXRA,CXR & same for famous 997 GT3 (9776)

@ amablemiguelhave I understood that correctly?

The 82mm throttle fits the old 76mm intake manifold??
I thought the opening of the intake bridge would be larger and therefore would have to be exchanged during the conversion.

You definitely need the 82mm manifold - but In e81 instructions you swap your old throttle body of 76mm. The reason? I found this the hard way - the 958 has a ypipe with an inlet on the bottom that must be plugged in. The 957 y pipe doesn’t have this inlet - so not sure how the OP handled that issue

Quick update, with 82mm manifold and 82 TB that op suggested or 957tts, you can shave down the stock ypipe using a dremel to make it fit

I am totally confused! The thread title is 957 but most of the input is for 958 and Panamera.
Therefore I would like to ask, in case of 957 Turbo 368kw from 2008, what parts do I need to go 82mm?

I am embarking on this experiment now also, on my 2012 CTT.

95511004660 for the y-pipe ordered from Porsche

99760511601 for the throttle body bought from a mainstream online vendor the original Bosch Part.

Will try to install this coming week.

Oh and in the pictures the plenum is not secured in place, check the screws. That is a tricky part that took me 1+ hour because one screw fell through the engine and I had to loosen 3 screws on the skid plate to put my hand through and get it.

The new 82mm Plenum is longer and stickes further out as you can see.

Sorry, but on a forced induction motor, this is going to do very little if anything. It will freshen the plastic of the intake plenum so it won't crack as soon, but that's about it.

Possibly, still fun to find out.

I run a stage 1 with around 600hp

Current Mods:
Removed cats
forge diverter valves with on side free to air
Drilled holes in the air intake boxes and BMC Filters

So adding a larger TB and then ake it to the dyno for fine tune some more should yield in something.

I'll find out :-)

Interested to see, but usually with forced induction, enlarging the intake size usually lowers the charge velocity so the net effect of the air mass is about the same.

I have 650 HP in my 09 Turbo S with the mods and Fabspeed Stage 2 tune. I actually installed an ipd plenum so it would be metal and never fail. Have HHR CAI, FVD intercoolers, EVOMS billet diverter valves, Fabspeed secondary cat bypass pipes, and a Cargraphic muffler with the tune bringing it all together.

My old Ypipe, had two bolts on the side to fix it to the throttle body.
The Y-Pipe I bought from you does not have two bolts on the side

left: black old
right: grey new

It seems you must connect the y-pipe directly with the throttle body into the manifold.
That is why I think I need longer/different bolts.

I saw a picture online showing bolts connecting all here:

It must be longer than the bolt that I have.
The bolt I have now is this

Hello,
how did it work out. Does the silver intake y pipe have the nipple on the bottom that you have to connect or just you drill a small hole and took it from your old one.
Also, did you have your black wheel trim painted white and the front grill painted black? What type of headlights are those and where did you find them. Looks pretty good.
