That's an excellent question. I'm not sure if you can polish or wax the finish. I'll look into it and get back to you.

We just opened a body shop in Saudi and we are ALSA authorized dealer. We get a lot of matt colors but I have been wondering how they can be waxed or polished.

heres the deal with the flat black paint, when talking to the brothers at platinum, the flat black does have a clear coat like most mentioned, but if waxed can bring the glossy look back to the paint, you have to be very careful

If it's clearcoated, how can it bring gloss back to the paint?

It's a matte finish clear coat. Find a piece of frosted glass in your house and rub water or windex on the finish, it changes colors and gets a bit more clear, now take that concept to flatte black paint with wax this doesn't evaporate like the windex would so you get a different finish.

I do not believe you can wax /wetsand / or polished this finish. I would suggest soap and water and definately a CR Spotless system to use DeIonized water to prevent spotting or streaking of the paint.
