I meant similar to what happened during Gumball this year. There was a hit and run involving a Porsche and a VW killing 1 person. News Link

Car seems stationary to me. Despite his idiotic act of fleeing, I would guess that he wasn't pushing the car to it's limits in that parking lot.

What's your deal man?

I agree. I don't think smoking in a parking lot in a stationary position is being irresponsible.
