New garage..errrr I mean new house. :)
We pulled the trigger on our dream house which happens to have my dream garage. We out grew our old house (garage included) so March cannot come soon enough.
5+ car garage (3 car portion is 27' deep). I can fit 2 extra cars in the 3 car portion sideways (ie my Porsche 911 projects)- The two car portion might just become the "Race car" garage. I'm not sure yet, I have been playing around with different ideas.
I do know for sure epoxy is going in soon. I will NEVER do plastic tiles again. They look like crap and are a pain to keep clean. I never had that problem with previous epoxy garages. So I am looking forward to that.
The house is single level on 2+ acres. They just finished it in Dec. I can build a shop if I ever needed to. My wife and I are really excited. Stay tuned for upgrades.

Hi, what is the purpose of that short wall next to the right fender of the blue model?
Seems like it might be an obstruction if it is not a necessary structural component?
Awesome project!

Shear walls. They also are reducing the span of the beam heading out the opening.
