Saw the car last week when I picked up my car from Roslyn. Looked brand new (as it should). I had a good experience there. Let me know if you want a contact.

One, I think there is a limited audience for that color. Two, they priced it WAY too high early on and were very arrogant in their negotiation (ie, offered me $30k for my 10k mile Turbo and "only" $120 for this car...said another way, my Turbo + $90k !!). Now they are chasing the market down. Also, some buyers (ie, ME) want Sport buckets and no chrono. Still a very nice car. IMO it's worth $100-$105k in todays market. Wonder if the dealer would consider that, or if they will just continue to ride the market down.

Also note the car was listed at sloancars as well.

Michael, thanks for the update. Since you said it looked like new, I assume they keep stuff inside since i can't imagine what a car would look like after a NY winter?

Thx

Yes this is why I'm asking, saw this same car with around 800 miles marked as sold on a couple other sites. Was definitely concerned there was some issue here. Thanks!

Also, Roslyn had 3 preowned 997.2 GT3's at the same time. In addition to this orange one, they had a white and a blue. They all had very low mileage and priced approximately the same. Maybe this had something to do with it. Also, they are not afraid to sit on inventory and wait for the right buyer when they have what they believe is a good car.

This is such a great looking car. Price/Value is so relative to regional demand and current inventory that it's difficult to pinpoint what they will accept. While the orange may turn some away, it's unique enough to attract the real Porschephiles.

The way I see it, if you like it, go for it. Worry about the unique color later. Give them a call and see how interested they are in selling it.

Yes i agree, color's not my issue, its very unique. I'm 3k miles away so I can't go look at it and its just been in the market so long.

If you can get it at a price that you think is good - I say go for it.

106 delivered is the number that jumped into my head
