Newbie saying hello

Hi Everyone!

Newbie here. I have been a car nut for several years. My first sports car experience was with a 1991 Ferrari 348 TS that I bought nearly 5 years back. I still have this car and love its rawness, noise and driving appeal.

I have been a fan of Porsche GTx cars as well and am planning to buy either a 996 or a 997.1 GT3 in a 1-2 years time to replace the 348. I joined this site to build up some knowledge about the GT3s prior to the purchase.

Sameer

Welcome. Fire away with questions when ever you like. You know what they say, once you go GT3, you never go back!

No - My Porsche driving experience has been limited to a Gen 2 Boxster and 997 C2.
