Dumb CGT question

I've been resisting asking this stupid question, but here goes. The shifter position seems very high (even with the steering wheel), is it difficult to get used to?

As the Brits are wont to say, "The shifter falls readily to hand."

It took me about 20 seconds to become fully used to it.

I had thought that it may take getting used to, but for some reason, it just seems to be in the right place, just never noticed it as I drive away...nor did I give the clutch a second thought after the 3rd stop light. The whole car just feel so right to drive...and sound so good. I much prefer the CGT to the F50.

I love it... it took no time to get used to. Saying that, now all my other cars feel wrong!<gr>

The shifter is in the perfect position for the C-GT. After driving the car for a bit, other shifters do seem subterranean.

The most difficult thing to get used to for me was the narrow gates from side to side, but even that is not much of an issue after a while.

The shifter position is perfect. It is very natural. The car was well thought out in that respect.
