Corner balancing

I have an 07 GT3 and had it corner balanced last year, drove 5-6 DE days and about 2000 miles since. Would you have it corner balanced again?

It cost about $2500 last time does that sound right?

Thanks!!

I hope you got the specs from them (basically the ride height of each corner) if so, then get an alignment done with the same specs. That should be pretty darn close.

For $2,500, I'd buy my own scales (you can get a nice one for $1,500 and learn to do it myself - it's really not that difficult).

Paid $1000 here in Silicon Valley a few years back on a 996 Turbo after PSS9 coilovers were installed.

1500 for alignment and corner balance?
that's WAY too much. for that kind of charge, i will quit my day time job and buy CGT's by the dozen.

at 100/hour, that's 15 hours.
if i had one leg and one arm, and one eye, i can do it faster than that.

I just got my GT3 corner balanced and got an alignment for $300.

$2500 seems like a rip-off

We also charge $300 for corner balance and alignment for the majority of cars. Are you sure $2500 wasn't that work plus other services?

Where? Assume you mean for a full track alignment and corner balance? Sounds cheap to me.

How often?

Do you corner balance your car each year? If so how many track miles or street miles before you should have it done?
