'bout timing
Stripper, et al-
Timing is everything, when you see all your friends rushing to by rental properties, feel pressure to buy ("I gotta get in on it"), or feel unrealistic rises in home values don't buy.
When you see tons of infomercials selling gold, don't buy (next bubble). If I had gold I would sell now.
Remember fellas: "Sell greed, buy fear"

Ken - Can't agree with you more. I've been caught in a couple of those bubbles, and let me tell you, I've learned my lesson of not JUMPING in to things anymore when it's marketed to death. I'd be driving a damn Murci by now had I not fallen in to those traps a couple times.
