dealer/sales recommendation in Seattle/Tacoma
Hi,
I'm in the market of a SUV and have my eyes on the Cayenne. Could someone please recommend a good/honest(?) salesman & dealership?
Thank you in advance...

Yeah, Larson sucks. Barrier has great customer service and is a good dealer if you want to pay MSRP. Truthfully, if you are going to buy a new car, get one out of state. When I bought my C2S, Barrier said they could gave me 250.00 off MSRP (wow, thanks), so I called around and got one at 6,000 off MSRP including shipping. With a new car, you have a full warranty and really when do you ever talk to your sales guy again? FWIW, I used Roger Jobs in Austin for my out of state purchase.

These guys have so many Cayennes. Just give them a call.

Thank you both for the info!
I just emailed Roger Beasley about one of the 06 Cayenne's... (weird that they have it as 'NEW'!)... Hopefully will hear some good news...thanks!
Seattle_Sun, I tried to pm you but I couldn't since I don't have over 15 posts... could you email me your name and the salesman you dealt with? cellg8 at hotmail . com
thank you!

I agree 100%. This is the worst state to buy a car. I recommend Sunset Porsche but you can start looking here. Link

I worked with a salesman named Mitch Noyes at Roger Jobs (Bellingham) on my GT3 purchase and it was a nice experience...
That being said it was not a difficult sale for them either.
But Mitch was a nice guy to deal with...

Every dealer can be good and bad to deal with. It depends who you work with, know what you want and feel you are getting the price you want to pay.
Are you looking new or used?
Larson is good for me, because i personally know the new car manager (Kevin Fields) and he has been in that postion for almost a year.
I know people that have had HUGE issues with Barrier and others have great relations.
Roger Jobs is a great place, and so is Sunset from what I hear.

Thank you all once again for your recommendations... You guys are more than helpful!
Bruce, I'm considering either an 05 cayenne turbo or 08 cayenne S... Also I might go with Q7...thanks.

Sunset Porsche is the best place anywhere to buy parts. My experiences there has been overwhelmingly positive so I'd imagine that their sales dept would probably be just as good. Give them a try.

Good recommendations here. I bought my S4 from Carol Weymouth @ Roger Jobs. She was a sweetheart to deal with. Called me with some pretty good deals on Cayman S's when I was thinking about one of those.
I ended up buying my C2S out of state. WA is a bad state for Porsche buying. Too many dollars chasing too few cars, IMO. No dealer wanted to give me much of a break on an ordered car as they say that they can sell 'em for list given their allocations.
The only 911's they seem to be willing to deal on are non-S Carreras and Cabs and tips - non of which interested me.
GL on the search.
2nd Atomic on Sunset. Jeff @ Sunset rocks for parts.
Couldn't get them to give me much of a deal on the whole car though.
