I just took delivery of a new 2012 Panamera and the dealer had 2013's on the lot. I didn't see anything different between the two except a small bump in price.

Took delivery of a 2013 PTT last week. No facelifts yet.

Only diff is the unlock button is on the door instead of center console and all models have a clock on the dash board that the sports plus have the timer.

I thought the clock is only for the Cayenne, so now any Panameras without Sport Chrono also get a clock, right?

Unlock buttons are at both front doors in addition to the center console.
