I would wait, trying to take this apart not trivial and easy to make mistake, and damage car.

Having 150k car neccesitates official service manual. Only way to do things right, and not depreciate value of your car whild doing it.
Service manual... where do I find one: looking for a 2011 PTT. TIA

my 2016 pan4 fuel door hinge holding the door is broken tonight. I don't know how? I realize when I open it while filling the gas at Chevron gas station. I can close it. I already make an appointment to bring my car to Porsche dealer to get fix. My car is still under warranty. This task is not an easy, I don't see any screw to remove it. I see note from Ciaka how to DIY.
Another run to dealer ...

Same here. I bought a fuel filler pocket on ebay for $75 with a white cover. Dropped it off my Porsche certified body shop to paint the cover. I'm going to carefully remove the old one and replace with the used one I bought that looks like a new one. Porsche wants about $250 for the pocket and cover flap new from Suncoast. Little nervouse about doing it but I'm patient and mechanically skilled. So I'll post after I finish.

Literally just fixed the hinge on my filler. The pin in the hinge rode up and I was able to put back into place.

I just did this. You don't have to destroy your fuel door pocket. Take the outer door off first by putting a small flathead screwdriver into the slot and sliding the cover off. You just need to move the locking pin back an inch or so by loosening the two phillips head screws and moving it towards the rear of the car slightly. This will free up the back of the pocket. If you push a small sharp flathead screwdriver through the two small oval slots at the rear of the pocket, you will be able to put in two paint can openers. push in on the paint can openers, which will disengage the locking tabs, and pull out and the rear of the pocket should pop free. You can then slide the whole thing out towards the rear without touching the two forward ovals. You have to take it out towards the rear because the hinge goes far forward into the body and won't just pull out without sliding it to the rear. I had the same problem with the hinge pin walking up causing the door to wobble. I put the pin back in place and melted the end of the pin slightly flat with a soldering iron so that it wouldn't walk out again, hopefully.
