We're experiencing a recurring issue with the PSeH.
When the vehicle is connected to the EVSE (charger) it will immediately commence charging, as it should. However, after exactly 75 minutes a message is sent via the PCC that "Changing interrupted externally."
This occurs every time the car is plugged in. Whether there is 0 range remaining or something greater than zero. There is a 100% occurrence rate in the last eleven times we've charged the car. Unfortunately, I had already deleted the PCC message log earlier, so I have no history beyond this relatively short period.
We are charging the car on a 220V household circuit. Installed according to the Porsche instructions. All other functions appear to be normal. The charging resumes immediately after the interrupt message is sent. We know this because a second message informs us that "Charging continued."
There are two grabs from the PCC showing the log and the interrupt message. Under normal circumstances I believe there should not be ANY messages in this log.
I cannot find any settings within the PCC which would cause the charge to forcibly interrupt at a predetermined length of time. And no one is physically interacting with the vehicle during this interrupt.
The car goes in tomorrow for the alarm fix, and I have asked them to research and investigate this issue.
Same here but doesn't bother me. Happens ONCE only during a full charge though. I bet it's a software bug of some sort. Perhaps the computer goes to sleep and then wakes up again.

When you first installed and activated the PCC, was it happening back then? Or did it begin later on?
Are you charging on 220V?
The more information we can furnish to Porsche, the more likely it is that they can remedy it.
Agree, that it's likely some bad code. But it should be fixed. If there is an actual interrupt occurring, then there's no knowing what hundreds upon hundred of these anomalies might do to the charging system and batteries.
I cant remember exactly but I think it was always like this. This is on a 220. Interesting to investigate though around the 75 minute mark does the vehicle make any sound (like a reset of some sort, or the fan comes on and hence the interrupt)?

Yes, just trying to rule out hardware. I too have the white handle.
Gus has the black one, and he hasn't had the issue. But his is a MY2015.
For a quick test, how about using a public charging station to see if you get that notification? It would rule out the Porsche charging station and your wiring?

That would require a bit of effort. There just aren't any public Level 2 charging locations where I'd care to sit for any length of time.
There's a couple at the various malls, but I'd sooner play in traffic than go to one of those. It seems like most of these public chargers are subscription-based, which is just not ever gonna happen with this car.
If any PSeH owners are looking for a second charger, Home Depot has a great price on the Schneider 7.2kw (30amp) unit through the end of the year at $488 and free shipping.
I purchased one and just installed it. I decided not to use the Porsche unit because it is too large and this one is very compact (plus it is 7.2kw so future proof). I plan on keeping the Porsche unit in my car for remote plug in locations.

The Porsche EVSE is rather bulky. I bought a Turbocord for portable use specifically due to the relative sizes of the two units.
In hindsight, that was kind of silly, because it's going to very rare that I will charge away from home at a regular outlet. Public stations have their own EVSE cord. It's pretty much only for cases when I'm at a friend or relative's, parking for quite a long time, and in reach of an outlet.
I do intend to doing that this Christmas for our annual Virginia trip, but once a year hardly justifies the ~$600 I spent.

I thought the same at first. But the airport in Seattle has 48 EV specific spots w/o the EVSE cord (only outlets for the EV users to plug into). So I would need it there. I am on the road almost every week and will need to have the Porsche unit with me there.
In addition, where I needed to mount the unit in my garage would have limited the walkway between the car and wall too much with the large Porsche unit... This unit is only 4" deep, so it solved that problem also.

Took the car in on Tuesday so that they could throw a bunch of parts at the problem.
Turns out one or more of them were "damaged" in shipping.
Porsche has a serious logistics issue. They cannot reasonably estimate when a car will make it to the dealer from port. The cannot label their parts correctly. They cannot ship the correct parts ordered. They cannot deliver parts undamaged.
I have experienced all these in only six months of ownership. This is absolutely nuts.
