I am having difficulty with launch control - I cannot get the car to rev higher than 2000RPM, and Launch Control will not activate. I have been able to engage it one time in 7 tries, and it worked very well, but I have been unable to reproduce it since. I'm using the identical process described in the user manual.
Turn on sport plus. Hold down brake. Without any delay smash the gas pedal to the floor. Launch control should activate. Release brake.
You sure you are doing it correctly?

Do you no longer have to turn off PSM (Porsche Stability Management) like you used to have to do for Launch Control in Carreras and Caymans?
With it still on, as soon as the system senses any wheel spin, it will retard the throttle response, which might explain why you're only getting 2,000 RPM.
YES - thank you all. There was an old PASM fault that the dealer deleted. I spent several minutes with their lead tech in an abandoned parking lot launching! Now I need to go to the chiropractor.
Also - There is no limit to the number of launches you can do, and the PASM must be turned off as stated above!
You may not believe this i had the same problem and it was under warranty, I took it to Porsche Leicester and it was the front right hand wheel bearing strange but true
