Exclamation So torn with my (P)anamera (T)win (T)urbo decision - good advice but still debating

PTT - Panamera Twin Turbo
Got used to it from typical expression CTT for Cayenne turbo.

Looking at a 11 PTT with pretty much all options except PCCB and seat cooling. All else there.
Not seen it in person.
I am in Tx, car in CA.
Did PPI. Mechanics say ext is 8 out of 10, int is 9 out of 10.
Average mileage.
They pointed out car slid over something:
- lower engine shield is rashed, functional but has dragging damage)
- slight marks on pipes (mechanic said no damage to exhaust at all)
- lower control arms need replace (forward bushings going out)
- needs tires (all worn)
- need alignment due to control arms/tires
- has 2 small scratches (pass side door, front lower of grille pass side)
- evidence of small hydro leak (small dry mark of fluid) from engine mounts

Other than that, appears to be in top shape mechanically.

I am debating with myself if I can justify buying and doing the work, getting price lowered, or just walk away.
I like my P car looking pristine. This one is not but has many options that are rare to find.
Price wise we tentatively agreed on very low 40s. Ripping my hair out here. If lower, I would likely ask for say 38

So if you can advise what you would do. Need to decide today. Spent about 300 on PPI, small deposit to hold car (I am sure will refund if I do not go for it).

Thank you for input.

I just reviewed the service manual procedure for replacing motor mounts. It is fairly involved - looks like it requires removing front axle support in order to remove the mounts from the bottom. Does not look like a job for the faint at heart.

There was another post where the dealership was quoting $2K for replacing the engine mounts.

Regards,

The car was probably lowered and perhaps on bigger rims before putting it back to stock height and wheels without correcting all the above mentioned issues, as all that stuff happens when the car is dropped.
In case u were wondering. I could be wrong fwiw

Just spent the best 20 hrs a guy can spend alone in a car, driving. I must have beat some record in killing bugs with a vehicle on the way.
once I get situated, i will take a few and share.
Man, that drive was awesome!!!
Nothing bettee to test a car. Went entire way at 88mph.
For some reason the fluxcapacitor did not engage.
