Ideas for grille mesh on a turbo

I have an itch to make grille mesh for the ptt.
Anyone have good ideas what type mesh will look best?
Things I am considering as criteria
- large open area (more than 65%, prefer 75 or more)
- shape of openings (cant decide between default rhombus, or square, or round, or anything else that looks classy. Dont want it to look like i stole a fence to make one up
- type of material ( abs plastic, aluminum, steel, color will be black)
- price - should not be brak8ng bank
- trim around it to prevent scratching
- how to mount it onto bidy without visible points
- what size needed to cove rf turbo center and side vents on front

Thanks.

Appreciate help

I like OEM look. Anything after the fact I fear will draw more attention to the ACC camera.

I had a plastic mesh installed on my PTT when I had the front bumper off to change the air filter and simply left an opening for the ACC sensor. It seems to catch lots of road debris that would otherwise end up in the radiator. Very simple and affordable solution

I have also thought about this but found it difficult to find places that have mesh in stock that are the right dimensions.. I wanted to see and decide on the patterns etc.

Anyone got pics of an install?

I recently installed one on my 4S with a Sports Design front bumper. I used a piece of rain gutter mesh covering that I bought from Home Depot for $4.00. It's metal, has a very durable black paint/plastic covering on it and was easy to mold and install using small black tie wraps. I think it came out pretty nice.

I love that grill and the plastic inserts! Mine looks nothing likw that on the aero kit. Wonder if there was a different aerokit for turbos and non turbos? Mesh looks killer😊

Zunsport for Panamera 970.1 with this bumper style and without ACC...

Damn, That looks good! They are rather expensive considering what they are but they look great and seems like install is a snap. I may get these.

Ha-ha, yes install is literally a "snap". Grills are well constructed with the mess tacked/welded to the frame on the perimeter. Three hooks each for the side vents and 8 hooks for the center grill. The hooks latch onto plastic surrounds that are behind the intake openings. No drilling or modifications required to the bumper. For the Panamera, Zunsport only have grills for the 970.1 Sport Design bumper. I installed mine to avoid puncturing my A/C condenser a second time. Search for Zunsport discount/coupon code... old ones may still work.
