P0068 after changing spark plugs

Hello all,

I recently had the spark plugs on my 2012 Turbo changed by an Indy.

Immediately afterwards (literally before leaving the parking lot), the check engine light comes on with trouble code P0068.

anyone have any experience with this? And if so, any thoughts on whether it could be related to changing the spark plugs (or a mistake that was made while changing the spark plugs)?

or - could too much coolant cause this issue? I noticed that they topped off the coolant level, but instead of filling to the mid point, they filled it all the way to the “+” sign on the coolant readout under the hood.

any help would be very much appreciated.

IIRC the issue ended up being a vacuum hose that somehow got unplugged, all they had to do was plug it back in.

I don’t know, sorry. What I remember was it was fairly obvious just looking at the engine with the hood open, it was easy to see a loose vacuum hose right on top.
