When I bought the AMR clutch from Rich last month I joked with him that the the cost of the clutch is more than I paid for my entire Miata with registration and taxes a couple of days before. Craziness.

I haven't seen another slate blue car like mine. Very nice! I even have the sport wheels (along with the rest of the suspension) as well, albeit not as clean. What color is your interior?

Magnificent.

I don't think there are many slate blue vantages. A slate blue 4.7 manual coupe seems to be a very rare bird! That's kinda why I bought it. Not really knowing what I was in for. It's been a positive experience these 3 years!

Love the 2 tone interior. Check out the 2 tone steering wheel. It's super cool.

I thought I would gain some confidence and remove what apparently is the easy header first. LHS. Not too bad. The RHS is suppose to be alot harder. I guess you need to loosen the motor mounts and lift the engine on the RHS. That's what the shop manual says. I also inspected the air filter. Still looks good!

With everybody doing fun winter projects this doesn't really fit in the thread, except, I had to do this to my Vantage LOL

Emergency funeral, I always park on the roof, had no time to check the weather report.

20 minutes, no gloves, thin jacket, plowed in, and bald tires on the back!

I did my projects on the car already. The exhaust and clutch are not until spring. My Cuda is taking up all the free space and time in my project garage.

OK, they still had a 1/2mm of tread left to roast off, I like to use all the rubber they give me before replacing, I just wasn't planning on having to drive it in the snow!

Actually I have lots of tread they're just not on the car LOL

Grabbed these on a buy it now, just sent boxes down so I can have them picked up, they wouldn't ship, but I love the look of the V12 wheels on the V8.

And the next day I chewed up a good foot of my front right wheel so I jumped on ebay again and bought this beautiful set of 5 spokes, the tread just an extra bonus. And my first question was the date code on the tires showed they were 07's so I specifically asked how much dry rot there was, the answer was absolutely none. Well, of course there was a little, so they rebated $300 back, well worth just for the rims.

Those are here but I wanted to put the V12 set on. But only after I changed the pads so just pressed the order button for the Porterfields from Rich. As soon as the dust is gone the rims go on.
