Chad,
I have a lot of experience with the Miss Cobra Seat 2004. If the Cobra Suzuka Technology seat is close to the same fit and finish as the Miss Cobra, you will absolutely love it! Plus, it looks great in the car. Quality inside and out!! The side bolsters really give you a lot of support. They are fully adjustable to a multitude of fantastic positions both in and out of the car. I highly recommend them! Here are a few pics before the install:

If I go wide open throttle above 4400 rpm's with everything activated, the clutch will slip and allow the rev's to slip about 1500 rpm's before it grabs. The clutch was checked, it is good. However it will not handle the power. KA needs a clutch that will harness somewhere around 1000+ hp and just a little less torque.

Personally, I dont know, I just remeber arguments of people saying that no matter how much you can mod a Turbo, a GT2 with the same mods will always be faster/better on the track. I dont know if thats true, but it looks like the general consensus on this forum.
ryan,
No turbo can record better acceleration times with the driveshaft removed.
A GT2 will record better times around a track with very tight turns where the understeer would work to the GT2's advantage.
