Anyone tried low-offset 10" wheels on narrow body?

An example would be 993TT wheels (18x10" ET40) or Boxster / Cayman wheels (18x10" low-40s offset)?

Searched through the forums for pictures but they're few and far between. Usually people are using 10.5" or 11" with higher offsets.

A lot of people talk about 11" ET55 being the limit...

I've run 19x11 +51 on my 996 C2 which measures out to be 2mm more aggressive than running 18x10 +40. However I would not recommend going any lower than a +40 with a 10" wide wheel.

And that doesn't rub for you?

-What's the tire size?
-What suspension are you running?
-How much camber is that?
-Are the fenders rolled?

Looks mighty tight...

No rubbing at all with those wheels. This is the limit you can run without starting to use narrower tires.

- 295/30/19
- Bilstein PSS9
- Factory camber settings
- Yes fenders are rolled
