Apparently, my 991 is on the Nippon Highway as well. I was told that it was on a vessel on 3/14, and putting everything together from the past few posts, it is due to dock in Halifax 3/23 at 23:00 (2 days ahead of schedule) and then scheduled to arrive Houston 4/2 (or maybe 3/31 if it remains ahead of schedule)!!

My dealer just updated me and said that my car was complete on March 14 but is waiting to be dispatched? So not sure when and what ship it is on. Any ideas when the next ship would be setting sail?

 

April 9 looks like the next ship into Halifax. The Seven Seas Highway.

Who the heck knows - the CA is heading south when it should be heading north!

 

If the CA follows the itinerary it did at the end of 2011, it goes from Davisville to Houston in 6 days time. Does anyone know this voyages exact itinerary?

Looking at a tracking site, it may be heading to Houston now! Why heading south! Oh I give up, they will call me when they need a check.

 

I think they are heading south to buy time before the port slot is open. Cruise ships do this all the time.

The CA made several loops and now is just sitting at anchor out at see, 100km or so off the R.I. coast. It is maddening!

 

Finally it is under way - 65 nautical miles to go.

 

20 Nautical miles away from Davisville and heading straight to it at just over 9 knots/hour!

 

It looks like the Camellia Ace is about 15 minutes away from docking at Davisville.

 

I was just looking at that. I was in Newport last summer - would have seen it go by!
