Completely off-topic, and apparently an old clip, but it just came to my attention today--a priceless video and a great way to start the week.

This clip of a woman in SoCal running from the police in a Scion trucklet thingy is unbelievable. The performance, the handling, the sheer randomness of her moves--it would be a great advertisement for Scion. She even escapes the dreaded PIT maneuver!

I love it. Regarding escape from the pit...there is a (older) video with Someone pulling out of the crash multiple times. I'll try finding it.

 

 

that reminds me , I hear that PCP use is slowly on the increase again the past 5 yrs , after first peaking in the 80s, followed by decades of decline ...to be rediscovered by the " next generation " including current high schoolers

BTW, the video is sped up for maximal Keystone Cops / Bennie Hill effect ..in real time , her racer- like " moonshiner " turns were probably made at 20 mph.

 

Live car chases are without a doubt the best things on TV.

If it were up to me, I'd launch the drone armed with Hellfire missiles. End of chase.
