Figured everyone might enjoy seeing these so I posted them up!




Yesterday was the annual Cars on 5th Avenue Car Show in Naples, Florida. The BEST show I attend besides the concours events. A lot of everything: American muscle, exotics, antiques...everything!

Started out pretty cold/chilly for us down here. 43 degrees in my driveway at 0700 in the morning when we met up to caravan to the show. It warmed up nicely and turned out to be a fantastic day! 63, sunny and breezy with blue skies. Excellent!

its -9 here in michigan and attending high end car show in naples sounds delightful.

 

Great pics. It's snowing here in southern Indiana, not much to look at right now. Thankfully the Porsche Parade is here this summer! So cool to see all those cars, thanks for sharing. amazing variety.

 

Well it's 5 degrees here in Boston, record snow fall amounts for Feb, already.

Great pictures. My car is in hibernation but I am starting to get that itch! Going to driving school in Birmingham in about 3 weeks. Can't wait to start driving again - those great shots just make me ache for spring! Thanks for posting!

Hi, Scott! Sorry I missed it this year. Thanks for not dignifying that old fool with his fake 300 SLR by not posting any pics of it. It's a 190SL that's been modified to look like the ultra-rare and ultra-valuable 300 SLR LeMans car and I've seen it there each of the 3 times I've attended or shown there. It really pisses me off because it attracts so much undeserved attention away from deserving cars.

I'll try and remember to show there next year. Hope to see you before then, though. There's a Concours D'Elegance on Miami beach next month and I'm planning on showing my '67 Corvette vert &/or my '63 Healey &/or my 2015 Z06.
