Glad it worked out with Geico. Best of luck with the rest of the move.

We moved this past summer, just across town but it still sucked big time. I told her that if we ever buy another house, I'm just going to buy all new furniture.

Personally, I would have just gotten and estimate to replace/paint the front lip. Then once all of your stuff is delivered I would immediately email that along with the video to Bekins and deduct the amount of the estimate from the move total and call it a day. If you put the charge on a CC they could just dispute that amount and investigate the matter and make the disputed amount permanent.

Can anyone recommend a good paint and body shop in West L.A.?
C&C in Pasadena. I haven't lived in LA area for a while now but they do high quality work. I don't know if you need that level of work but they're work is top-notch. I don't know if ownership, quality has changed in the last 5 years but 5 years ago, one of the best.

Honestly our cars are so low and if its lowered there is NO way it can be towed without a bit of scraping. Anyways your moving to LA, kiss that front lip good bye lol..this thread is a couple of months old, i bet that lip is sheered off or scraped to hell by now... i used to be able to take care of my front lip on any lowered car before i moved to CA, now its an impossible task
