Thanks!!
The Dash is flocked like in Rally cars!
I have more of the wide fenders and 997 CUP look alike front if someone is interested especially in Europe, otherwise the freight will be to high I think?!

Where does the enthusiast BTG start and end? Was that a 7:3x?

I think it was around 8.11 but that´s not that quick in my car. Due to heavy traffic on the video lap it wasn´t very fast..

I think I did a sub 8 minute run during the day but laptimers was foridden that day and the camera battery died so I really don´t now for sure.. I think I´m capable of a 7,45 BTG lap but not more for the moment. It was my first time down there and we only got one day on the track so I´m not experinced enough to take the car to the limit.

The car is capable to make record times down there but I´m not the man to make them yet.. The Nurburgring is much about experience of the track.. Of course skill matters but its just one of the ingredienses..

In Sweden, I´m the fastest amataur in a street legal car on our no:1 track (Mantorp).. Here is clip from the day I took the record but as useual its not my fastest lap because I forgot to put the camera on that Lap ;-/
(I used laptimer).

I have som more clips from SPA(Belgium) that i will put up as soon as I get the time to make them! :-)

I was going to say, from the little I know, that's pretty good for a first timer at the ring.

Well I not 100% sure but I think you got two different options.. First and most common over here is to "Film" your healights with vinyl..

The more expensive way is to buy the standard GT3R headlights.
That is if I rember correctly is a light weight version with only small aftermarket reflektors in the lighthouse and a Yellow plastic cover on the fenders.. Ivé seen one car with that solution over here and it wasnt that nice, its an old version of halogen reflektor..

Hej Pete!

How much, if any, of underbody linings are original 996 parts?

Only the frontpart due to the fact that 997 front undertray dosent fit the 996 subframe, and well its not that big of a difference in the front section.. In the mid and rear its bigger differences and in the rear you have real good brake cooling with the 997 setup!

Your car is strong man, I wouldn't expect much to keep up with it on the straights. Plus Lambo's are some of the most overrated performance cars on the planet IMO.
