One thing I would tell you is that there is a certain someone who should have your SHOE loyalty, however he sent me a very snippy PM asking me to stop talking about the shoes.
Therefore, not one more word about the shoes.
No, not a single, solitary syllable about the shoes.
Nope, not another utterance about the shoes.
Not gonna do it.

Dan you know you ripped me off from selling me a kit that was not properly tested and fine tuned, this has nearly damaged my engine. And now you are wondering why I am spending money some where else to make it right.... you are quite something.
Ken - Ripped You Off are some serious words. Anyone can read the thread above and make there own judgement. I cant rip someone off and I offer to fix the problem and make it right. Ripping someone off is when you sell someone a product and dissapear and offer no support or resolution. If the kit ws not tested or fine tuned, then my personal car and the 20 or so other cars would not be running still. You have failed to even remotely meet me at any point to help rectify the situation. All you do is slander Vivid Racing. Ken, why dont you tell us all who the reputable tuner is that is working on your car?
What is amazing Ken is you can never get any information right that you say.. I have always assisted you and trying to help fix your problem and diagnose your issues.
Get your facts right. I did not lower the kit price $2500 to anyone. I gave him our current special price for a brand new kit. Like any ECU tuner would say, the flash or licenses are not transferrable as they are car specific, so your buddy would have to buy that. I cannot warranty ANY product that is used and sold to someone else. I can surely support them. And that is what I said. If the product came back here for inspection before it was installed on a different car, I would gladly help him if he wanted to buy it.
Lastly... Based upon what you are saying, this new "known Porsche tuner" is going to use the existing parts that you have? That is how I read your quote! If the turbos were junk, you should call Garrett. More power to you if you are having someone retune the car on the dyno. That might solve your problem. Turbos are turbos and wastegates are wastegates.
Thanks for the order RD.. I appreciate you reading into what is right and what is wrong.

Just recently, I had a really costly and unpleasant experience in upgrading my turbo kit. Whenever there was problem, I attempted to solve it with the vendor but I was always given the run around, check this, check that and it still would not work properly. In the process of this getting to the bottom of it, I have spent countless money, hours and stress trying my best to find out the problem. Later on, the vendor suggested my motor could have been damaged or lousy turbo install work and etc.. I did tried my best to sort it through with the vendor but at the end the vendor has basically told me to go away and not willing to take responsibility.
To make misfortune worse, the vendor decided to punish me for posting my experience on the forum, the vendor lowered the pricing for the same kit by about 2500 bucks and when I had potential buyer for my " used " kit in the for sale section, the vendor told my potential buyer that he will not cover warranty and the potential buyer will not receive support as well. That basically put me in a very bad spot and I would be stuck with it.
Now, the GOOD news is I have just delivered my car to another extremely respectable tuner in the porsche world. I am removing the existing kit and installing a brand new turbo kit on the car. At the same time, I have requested the tuner to inspect the existing turbos it self , the install work and perhaps pull a few dynos based on my existing set up.
I am sure if I start to name names, I may be bashed immediately, but I believe the dots will eventually be connected.

Give mind an F'n break. I have a very similar kit and it makes a hell of alot more power than 400awhp or whatever yours dyno'd at. Something either failed or was installed wrong.
I had a few issues and Dan always stood behind it and made it right immediatly.
Moral of this story, sometimes no matter what you try to do you cannot make someone happy, PERIOD
99% of the people on this forum thinks you are not resonable and not being to fair, they may not say it out loud but it's true.
What tuner would offer to fix the car for FREE and guarantee the #'s if you delivered it to them, you did not give them the chance.

Why close it, people want to air there laundry, let it fly and give people the chance to defend themselves

How could they unless the Tuner agrees for whatever reason. How can one guarantee something when they did not install it and does not know if it was abused, etc from the previous owner.
