996 Turbo LED Taillights- how can we get em made?

I saw these: Why would they ligths fit 02-04 C4S but not Turbo, GT2 etc. I guess clueless seller but might be worth a check.

this just dawned on me...
1. take a 996 wb tail light apart..
2. polish the insides where the glass/plastic is, the part that gives it the "lines". make it to where it is almost clear...
3. install led circuit boards in place of incandescent bulbs.
4. reglue tail together with boards in place.
5. paint outer upper line around what used to be clear part red.
6. ????
7. profit and win
8. if someone wants to send me a set of good cores, ill do it and post pics...

If the 996 C4S are the same lights as the 996 turbo why couldn't we just buy the C4S lights and install them. Every company I checked with says they won't fit the turbo. There are a lot of LED after market rear tail lights out there for the 996 so if they can be even slightly modified to fit there would be plenty of happy customers!

haha we been there dun that - there's ZERO profit at $500 - apiece even!.
How much does an OEM cluster cost?
I was gonna get some made, but based on the results of this thread I didn't. Maybe some other retard will get them made, find it impossible to sell them at $1500/set - and then unload them on ebay for $250-500/set.
THEN the buyers will come out and "teh interwebz" will be complete again.
