There is a seller on ebay who claims to have a set of LED tail lights that will fit wide body 996s. I sent him a message to clarify and ask if he's really sure about this, and he hasn't yet responded. We'll see what he says.

not to be negative, but I believe that guy says "fits turbo" in his auction heading but in the description it clearly says it won't fit widebodies.

I dont know if it is the same I asked a few months back, but his answer was "Yes, this light will fit all porsche 996."

Obviously, he has no idea.

Actually the guy I found doesn't say that. He has a little tool that lets you enter your specific car information, and then it says whether or not it will fit. All the cars listed on this particular auction are wide body cars.
