Hi,

The upgrade is done:

- AP Big Plenum + Throttle body (78mm )
- AP Y-pipe
- Switzer billet K16 Turbos + 1Bar WastGates
- 997.2 RS Intercoolers;
- KN Inbox Filter;
- Silicone Hoses;
- Forge DV;
- ECU new flash@Almeida&Lamas;
- FPR 5 BAR;
- Cargraphic quiet exausht.

Result 628HP@Rotronic Dyno (Crank).

The power was limited until 3000 rpm because the car has the stock clautch.

can you please explain the dyno...AWD or RWD? What correction factors? How much boost are you running and what gas?

If you change your injectors and clutch you could really push that car with the billet 16s!

Yes, It was Almeida&Lamas from Portugal.

I received the car yesterday. I will test it next week end but the car did 9 power tests with the ckutch OK.

Yes.

I can put another graph with the first ECU program upgrade, DVs, KN filter and Silicone hoses. With these upgrade the car had 520 HP.

I will go upload another graph with the 3 lines:

- Stock;
- First Upgrade (ECu program upgrade, DVs, KN filter and Silicone hoses);
- Actual Upgrade ....

AWD

What correction factors?
I don´t no. But I can ask it to the programer!

How much boost are you running and what gas?
The car do 1.2 BAR and some times 1.3. Gasoline 98 Octanes.

If you change your injectors and clutch you could really push that car with the billet 16s!

What is the max Bars for the billets k16?

I think your 98 is equal to United States 93....

You can also run race gas (104/5 octane RON) and turn the boost up to like 1.6 bar.

check out some of the other billet 16 turbo dyno on the forum

You got a very strong stock clutch if it's holding that much power.

Probably my next upgrade will be the stock clutch.

I will install a sachs clutch but I would like one kit that stay the pedal like stock...is possible? What do you recomend?

These dyno threads are so misleading...If you don't dyno your engine, how can you post flywheel HP numbers? So this car is 500 WHEEL HP?

Hi,

Why you tell the dyno is so misleading?

You could have reason but I did 3 tests in the same dyno@rotronics:

-> Stock Car 441 HP (only more 20HP than annunciate by Porsche)

-> First Upgrade 515HP (ECU program upgrade, DVs, KN filter and Silicone hoses);
- Actual Upgrade 629 HP.

If the first dyno is OK, why the actual gives a resulthigher than more 100HP?

I would like understand this difference!

Thanks,
