EVOMS GT-2 clutch mod

Just got the car back. Wow, what a difference. The effort isn't any higher than my old 930s. Better in every way than stock. Porsche should have installed this from day 1.

The evoms kit is $1000 or you can build your own for $480. Here's the link if you want to do it yourself.

3-6h...depends on your guy's experience....it is a PITA first time around....

John at SpeedTech has kits and knows the ropes, so I'd contact him for stuff. I got a new "improved" line from EVOMS for free - since I got it from them. Just my 2c.

Search on my name and evoms....I posted the installation manual with EVOMS's permission some time ago. Should give you a sense of the stuff that needs to be done.

HI,Thanks....I just wanted to know the total cost because I wanted to know what I saved with going to the removal of the clutch pedal booster spring ..I am happy with that free mod in which it just gave enough to make it more livable on a daily basis....Not as good as that GT2 mod but at least I know the next step if I wanted it even better....

It is a totally different world with the gt2 mod....but I fully respect the spring issue...I am the J in the TMJ exhaust mod...the Porsche tax is alive and well.

Drove my friends car with a gt2 slave and cm stage 3 clutch and 964 fw. Felt really really stiff but after 10 mins it felt great. Needless to say I nearly stalled my stock car and it felt like I was driving a civic after hopping back in mine.

just make sure installer follows directions and makes sure all the old fluid is cleared out or it may ruin the seals on slave.
