Push through setup

Push through setup
Just finished up my push through setup tonight... my cousin who is a welder helped make the parts for me.
The car seems like it sucks air through the left turbo then right turbo and back and forth usually on idle and you can hear it slightly when just cruising. Is that normal? I'm running filters straight off the turbo.
Also thinking about getting the optional K&N covers since its pretty exposed to dirt at that location.
I don't actually have a pic right now of the final installed version. It basically looks like the one w/ everything on it but the meth line was routed under and tied nicely and a few other things cleaned up.
Parts used:
IPD 3" Y-Pipe
2x Tial 50mm BOV
K&N Filters
Custom Piping to join everything together
3 days of blood, sweat and tears! enjoy!

No MAF. Its on a MAFless tune by Proto. Its funny for pretty much the entire time I have owned the car it would sometimes stall out randomly when the RPMs dropped too low about once every 100 miles. I've replaced the MAF about 4 times in the last 6 years and now with the new MAFless tune it hasn't done it once in the last 1000 miles.
I can really hear it suck air from side to side on decel when i let go of the gas... here is a vid of it on a cold start... you can hear the intakes sucking air from side to side.

I would argue it is being pushed through by the turbos.

I have the same thing happening on cold start. It sucks air from each side and you can hear it exactly as your video. Once the car is warmed up to 180degrees, sound goes away. No issue on the driving once warmed up properly. Sweet setup! Congrats...

The surging is normal, the turbos are spooling on cold start(retard timing aka anti lag, but used to heat the cat's up) and the boost has now to go. You can put lighter springs in you bov's that make them open at idle. As soon as you lose manifold vacuum the bov's will shut. Push through usually means turbos are feeding air thru the maf instead of pulling it.
Nice work
