fault codes
Those don't look like fault codes, they look like over rev counts for ranges 1 and 2. But I could be wrong. If they are you over revs they look pretty high.

thank you .am i right in saying that the last over rev was 125001 hours?.if that is the case then that is 14 years and 2 months approx.my car is an 02 .do not think i am reading it right.had a near new engine fitted this year
That data is not standard or extended OBD2.
IIRC engine run time is in H.h format that is whole hours and a decimal fraction of an hour.
Thus:
23401h/144385
125001h/1200129
"23401h" is 2340.1 hours and "125001h" is 12500.1 hours. My 02 Boxster with over 288K miles I don't think has 10,000 hours on it yet. The rule of thumb is the car averages around 30mph so it will have 10,000 hours on it at around 300,000 miles. (The last time I got an engine run time and did the math the average speed was pretty darn close to 30mph.)
And the highest the rev count can go is 65535.
I don't think those numbers are what you think they are.
If you need/want the DME over rev counts and run times at which the most recent events occurred you are going to have to use another tool.
