That's an awesome list. But are you missing the pressure plate?
I already have an entire clutch "kit" I purchased from a vendor. It includes the 764 pressure plate but has the wrong disc and throw out bearing with it. The vendor refuses to take back the kit so I'm just going to use the pressure plate out of it and get a new disc and TB as you see. I actually built that list up bigger, included the flywheel bolts I had forgotten there and seems like there was more. I should go back and check.
Might be nice to know which vendor it is that's refusing to accept the return

We exchanged about 30 emails today. The more I said I want to return the more the guy just kept trying to talk me into using his parts and selling me additional parts to go with it. At one point he sounded like he would consider a return but wanted $330 plus shipping to restock it. I eventually gave up. I'm not a very confrontational person. I'll just never use them again. I did fill out their RMA request on their website. I suppose there's an off chance they'll come back and give me a return. We'll see. If not I suppose I should mention them so other's don't have to deal with that too.
Yeah, with that kind of wheedling I'd steer clear too. Who wants that kind of stress? Reminds me I need to ping someone again about a part they're 5months overdue sending ME..
Here's an updated list for others to reference. I added the pressure plate, flywheel bolts, reservoir cap and Pentosin power steering fluid.
It's a mostly complete list for a GT2 clutch slave conversion and light weight flywheel conversion using the 997 GT3RS flywheel and of course a pretty capable clutch setup that should hold some decent hp.
The Pentosin is because you'll pull the power steering pump to remove the coupler on the back and plug some lines and then need to refill it. I know the cap says CHF 11 but a quick google search reveals CHF 202 supersedes the 11.
Transaxle oil of course is only if changing your oil. It's a good time with the transmission out.
I think he said he bought it from AWE if I'm not mistaken.
Yup

I agree, I told him something like $50 to put it back on the shelf I could understand (even though I think that's steep). But $330? I dunno I guess I'm just used to dealing with companies that offer fantastic customer service. I always treat people the way I'd want to be. Never did understand places like this.
any general idea on your costs for "just" the gt2 parts conversion as the list obviously includes some clutch parts. i could go thru it and and guess but you've done the work.
i guess its just - the clutch disc and pp??
awe huh? hmm... i'd be pissed but they'll just say you ordered it
it's a great education watching this all go down. kudos to you, your work, and the thread(s)

Well if my math is correct on the clutch slave, master cylinder, clutch fork and GT2 spring under the dash you're around $443. Oh $450 with the cap for the master cylinder. As you can see I also ordered the $142 hydraulic hose for the GT2 slave but before I use it I'll see if I can adapt something similar for cheaper and then just return it. If not that bumps the price another $142. Plus you'll have misc small costs like some new fluid etc. I already have taps and drills and all that so no real tool cost for me was involved there but even so those are all pretty cheap things to get your hands on.
Yeah I received an email from AWE returns department today. They'll take back the parts for a $330 loss plus even though I know its obvious they made sure to spell out no returns on shipping and I cover shipping back to them lol.
I think I'd rather sell the parts on here at a loss and have someone get some use out of them rather than give them back to them and take a loss for nothing.

I think you're wise to do that, and lesson learned!
as for me, my next mod if I have to even mess with my clutch parts again ( my clutch has 5k miles and the last one lasted 100k ) I will opt for the BBI part, for it's ease of install, as well as relatively low cost/labor etc.
but thx for the clarification as well as the tutorial. I'm sure i''m not alone when I say this has been ( is ) highly informative, in spite of the fact many folks have gt2 slave deleted lol. cheers!
I don't blame you for selling it here, lesson learned indeed!
IMO skip the GT2 spring under the dash. It's expensive for what it is and I've removed mine completely to get some feel back in my stock clutch setup. It disables my CC switch but I'll get around to adjusting that eventually or using a weak spring in the stock retainer.

Appreciate the tip. Already ordered so I'll probably try with and without and see what I like. I heard about cruise control not working without the spring because it doesn't hold the pedal all the way up against the switch. Easy to correct I'm sure if the preferred feel is no spring at all.

You want the GT2 spring. Trust me. Guys that delete it are those that run around with the stock assisted TT clutch
