Yeah no kidding. A 107 total, who the hell would have guessed?

And what a great way to end the season.

It was probably the most exciting game I have seen all season. The fact that the over had been almost covered by halftime was an added bonus. Now I have to sit and wait until next season.

We will just have to agree to disagree. I don't like Vettes, therefore I do not acknowledge them. In fact, I have more respect even for Mustang or Viper owners.

The GT3 is the best when it comes to handling. The modded Turbo was awesome in a straight line, but of course it doesn't handle like the GT3. The GT2 just makes you smile every time you kick out the tail in a high speed drift. It's better than the Turbo, handles about as well as the GT3.

What's so hard to understand about that?
To say you don't like something so you don't acknowledge them is pure ignorance. perhaps that condascending attitude works on the west coast but across here you wouldn't be able to make it. if something doesn't get your stamp of approval it doesn't exist. I'll take a Corvette owner with a good attitude over a Porsche owner with a "closed minded" attitude anyday...

I said, BRO, there is no way I'm going to do crazy **** on crowded public roads with all the traffic and pedestrians (we were on Cross Creek Road in Malibu). So he said, oh that's cool bro, and just went on his way.
This is why i have full respect for you T! So can i get a ride in your GT2?!

I had 2 ZO6's and think they are amazing. Most Corvette owners drive their car like they stole them. I like that!!!! Any guy who is into cars and likes to drive hard is a good guy in my book. Whatever he drives.

well shucks dr. bill, sorry for bein so ignant. i reckon i didn't mean nothin by it. we po folks on the west coast just idolize you classy yankees. can i be just like you if I vote for John Kerry or Howard Dean and give up my membership to the NRA?

"I wouldn't be able to make it" on the East Coast? Am I not good enough to be part of your Hamptons blue-blood pseudo-establishment that mingles with a bunch of nouveau riche rappers and *****es who hit bystanders with Mercedes SUVs?

Well I guess it's too bad for me. But lucky for me Malibu is a much nicer place than the Hamptons anyway.

Or maybe I should go cry in a corner now that you won't be my friend?

Oh well, can't make everyone happy. I guess it's your duty to defend the company that makes an overpriced piece of **** Yukon slapped on with new body panels and calls it a HUMMER.

I'll give him a call in the morning and find out. I do a lot of business with the guy. Was he in his 20's?

Hey, I raced my m3 vs. his z06 even though I knew I was going to lose. Car guys are car guys regardless of the price of the car, and a z06 is no slouch. You also never know what a z06 has under the hood. He would have suprised you

you don't seem to get it, i don't care if his car could outpull mine or not.

wheel to wheel racing is for the track, not the street, especially if he really wants to see what a GT2 can do. it's one thing to pound the canyons on your own, it's another thing to engage some guy i don't even know in the middle of a commercial district.

i don't care what he has under the hood. it is of no interest to me whatsoever, i do know one thing, i saw that thing accelerate, and it's nowhere near as fast as my ex-Protomotive car.

we already know that:

1. I obviously have the better car
2. I don't need to prove my skills to anyone, especially guys like him
3. If all I cared about was beating people on the street, I would have kept my Protomotive turbo, a proven 10 second street car

I am not denying you have a better car or discrediting you in any way.

You were on the street and the guy asked to race. No reason to make fun of him, I would have done the same thing. I think a lot of guys here would have. Maybe not in traffic, but if I was in anything remotely fast, I would be trying to get a GT2's attention.

If I ever roll up to a GT2 I will just tell the guy, "Your car is better, you don't need to prove your skills to me, and I know you don't care about beating guys on the street. However, since the only time I run into a GT2 is when the stars and planets are aligned, show me what that thing can do."

It's more of a respect thing, the young guy in a z06 now might be a future porsche enthusiast and GT2 owner, he just doesn't have the means yet.

The guy asked to race in front a pedestrian crosswalk on Cross Creek Road near a Sheriff's outpost station.

Yeah, a respect thing for a real genius.

Uhhh... and though I do like the Cayennes, I wouldn't race one of those either.

It's not an 04, look at the pics from the Feb. 7 run. There is a black GT2 in there.

Tyson, you are entitled to posts your opinions, biases and other meaningless stuff about yourself, your stuff and your wonderful adventures "slamming the canyons". You sound like a spoiled rich kid in most of your posts. That's fine. Also be able to stand up to some criticism if you post things that can be bothersome to some people. Your attitude says, "I don't care what you or anyone thinks of me" so then don't be bothered by the comments. As for your negative comments about the east coast, Malibu's better than the Hamptons and that Dr. Bill's Hummer is a POS, you've just proved again what I was saying in the first place. As NoMercy said, "your attitude sucks."
