See, you can't exactly do a drive-by in New York, cause you'll get stuck in traffic
LA also boasts the highest murder rate in the country. Even the so-called tough guy LAPD hired from the NYPD, Chief Bratton, doesn't know what the hell to do. He issued some statement saying that his goal for this year was a 30% reduction in homicide... uhhh... what a lofty goal.
I guess even them New York cops can't handle the thug life and craziness out here.
Another reason why Charlton Heston is awesome. He is a true hero and cowboy. Without him, people are at the mercy of criminals.

Naw man, airbag is ghetto. Real OGs use full on hydraulics, that's the only way to make the **** bounce.
That **** can bounce so high the car falls over backwards!!!
That CTS-V is one "urban" ride, I'll tell you that. They should have put in gold mesh trim at no extra charge.
