Hamann7, I guess you didnt pick up on the sarcasm about the NOS comment, anyhow my point stands, 477 whatever HP is kiddie stuff, i was making that much on Stock turbos and so are many other people, and yes i have seen many many high HP P cars, they are track monsters but leave highway racing to blown vetters vipers and supras

 

This is great, I love to see that many of you are right wing freaks like me. Hell, I even think the death penalty should be used for misdemeanors. People should be responsable for their actions and we should have 100% military readiness at all times.

The only thing I believe is that American metal is better than Tyson makes it out to be. Give me a Z06 with heads, cam, long tube headers, 3.92 gears, and about 550 to 600 hp to the rear wheels and that will put a grin on any P-cars owners face. The other thing the car will cost you about $42,000 (new 2004) and the mods will run less than $10,000.

About Bush, he is only doing a good job IMHO, he need to put the military on the southern boarder, cut spending, and act like the compassionate conservative he is. I figured as much man San Jose has the WORST night life ever. I come from London so I know a thing or two about a good night life. I guess San Fran is close enough but 1015 and all those clubs are so full of 13 year olds it's not even funny.

Be careful. One day you'll run across what looks like a stock looking Corvette and he'll embarass the living daylights out of you and the GT2. Like you said, anything can be made to be fast; it just takes money.

There are alot of car enthusiasts out there that own Corvettes, P-Cars, F-Cars, and Lambos (me being one of them). While I don't think the Corvette is the greatest car in the world, it is a great car for the money and can be made very fast with very little effort. A $6,000 Head/Cam/header/exhaust package can put you at 500RWHP.

Maybe you should be a little more humble about what you have...

I suppose if I drove up next to you in an F40 and saw you in the GT2, I would have the same reaction you had to the Corvette... Would you call me a snobby Ferrari owner then??
