In a race car maybe, but I'm not doing that to my car. And while you are making the car more likely to crash by putting it on track, making it less crash worthy by removing bumper supports. Not worth it for DE's IMO, not even worth it (to me) for my time trials.

airbag light goes on... I still didnt put the carpet back in... but yes I hear you can shave the heavy foam off..

If you put a 2ohm resistor inline at airbag connection, it will eliminate the airbag light.

Deam, so we can take out both side air bags? and just put the metioned 2 ohm resistor on each side?

Side airbags only weigh around what? 4 lbs.

Does anyone know the weight difference between the stock 996TT rotors and the ceramic rotors you get with the PCCB upgrade?

Hmmm.... I hate to say this but it's cheaper to add horsepower than reduce weight.
