Demon Pulls The Trigger!!!
Demon Pulls The Trigger!!!
First I want to say thanks to Brandon who totally went out of his way to take care of me with all the information I needed, picked me up at the airport, took me to his house, inspected the car and we tied up business quickly....here I am 30 hours later and no sleep and finally home...here is how it went down...
found the car Friday, contacted Brandon, sealed the deal...flew down last night and drove the from Georgia back to Maryland today...got back around noon! Here are some before pics when I arrived home and then installation of one new wheel which brings me to the next paragraph...
one: the OEM wheel lock tool will not fit in the space provided by the wheel...OK...anyone have a recommendation of where to go to get OEM style lug nuts in BLACK?
two: please look at the pics...i am concerned with the offset of the wheel...it look like it just sticks out a little too much...maybe it is me but part of the problem is the one wheel I picked the tire was flat (I didn't know it until I installed it) so that provides a rather large wheel gap which I don't think it should as the car is already lowered. The width of the wheel is 12" but look carefully and let me know what you all think.....Brandon said it is supposed to stick out a bit and I totally trust him...just another set of eyes including his to get all your comments...
CAR IS SICK and I got all kinds of attention all the way home! Pulls so hard and I had it to 100 many, many times....what else was I going to do for all those hours!
Looking for all comments and I appreciate the time!
Loving being part of the 996TT family!

She is a little dirty but after ten hours or so of 4 or more states I think we all would be!
Here are the pics of the wheel in question...

Thanks all! Do you all think that the rear tire looks right with the offset and all?
I PROMISE A FULL PHOTOSHOOT as soon as I get new bolts for the wheels, fix the flat, and verify that the wheels are correct...
