Gotta be one of the ugliest 997tts I've ever seen.

And the new Turbo on Pilot Cups is only 2 seconds faster (7.54 vs. 7.56) than the old one with normal street tires...If you compare Horst von Saurma's times and not marketing stuff from the factory.

The same thing with old/new GT3RS, both were as fast. Kind of strange that Horst can't lap the Ring faster with the 997. Though in modern Hockenheim circuit he's able to show that the 997 model is faster than old 996. (And yes he can drive fast at the Ring, look at the CGT/Zonda Nordschleife times for example...)

The same goes for Manthey Racing team I think, when they changed from 996 to 997 their lap times suffered...So actually I will just remain as a happy old 996 driver at the Ring, haven't seen 997's in the rear mirrors...
