Thumbs up Header Install

I Purchased a set of headers and wanted to help others with there install :

Mechanics Goves, Eye Protection

Tools:

13mm Box Wrench short

13mm Box Wrench long

13 mm Socket

3/8 Drive Ext Long : For Exhaust Manifolds

3/8 Rachet

6 New Studs for the Turbo ( Factory )
6 New 8mm Locking nuts for above ( Copper Self-Locking ) Factory replacement

WD40 Spray

Remove the three studs and nuts at the Turbo'

The studs will probly back out when you loosen

Remove Bolts at the exhaust manifold

Install new studs at Turbo
Install Header at Turbo first
Install one bolt to secure header to Mainfold and go from there...

There is a big difference between stock and Aftermarket header...

Time 1-1/2 Hour , Easy Install

Next install is Plenum....

Thumbs up headers...

No ECU upgrade yet...

Looking inside the stock manifold you will wonder how the mfg ( Same as the stock exhaust ) got away with the quality control , Slag everywhere....

I have my fabspeed headers in conjunction with the PES custom ECU flash(non generic), that is an awsome combo. Can't say enough about FS quality, outstanding headers. Gains in both TQ and HP, dyno session soon.
