I got my kit from Vivid racing with Ahmed, it was just a plug and play kit. Very easy, but the only thing i did was got a new bumper, exhaust outlets, and the center bracket. Part numbers and description was provided by Atomic80 in his previous posts.

Hello guys,
I am from germany and we have a 08´ 997 Turbo Convertible. I did the LED taillight swap a few weeks ago. Yesterday the missing front module (997 618 513 01) arrived (the rear module already was the right one 997 618 260 08) and I connected it to our car. Additionally I changed Pin 11 to 36 and Pin 42 to 31 on the blue connector of the front module. Everything is working now except the fog lights in the front. They didn´t work
I have a Piwis, so can a wrong PIWIS configuration cause my problem? Did anyone have this problem, too and know a solution for it?

Very nice! Absolutely refreshes the car, not that it really look out of date to begin with.

These are the SAME part numbers for 997.2 front & rear control units.

I will do the install in two weeks and will confirm if pin swaps are necessary for the tail light upgrade.

anyone know wheres the best place to get all these parts? OP said he got all this done parts, labor, paint for 3k? Thats an amazing deal. Would do that tomorrow if a specific place would offer this complete mod for 3k.

Try Carnewall.com
They had the best price when i did the retrofit some years ago.

This is the first blue/black I've seen. All the other ones are blue/grey or blue/tan
