AFR too low

After lots of soft modding, its ended like this.
Durametric log http://www.wirx.ee/911/trackday1.xls
There is something wrong with AFR, example -
3723 row: I am going WOT on racing track and everything seems fine, but at 3754 row, something happens and AFR goes to 9 !
Second example
4529 row, again WOT and 4771RPM-s, AFR is 12.6, but when RPM is 5400, AFR goes first 11 and soon it will be again 9. When RPM is 5800, then AFR goes 12.xx again and holds steady til 6400rpm.
It seems that about 4800-6400 is AFR 8-10, later and before ~12.5
If I try 100-200km/h accelerating, then AFR seems OK, but I didnt get very good 100-200km/h times 7.7s (100-150km/h was OK), with stock soft it was 8s. On track, first two miles are OK, after that I feel inside car bad acceleration and popping(no wonder, because of 9 AFR)
When lookin datalog all other variables seems normal, exept AFR, can it be bad fuel table inside ECU?
Also I get few times error
B1610 Air mass (HFM) ahead of throttle valve - implausible
No signal/communication

Cleared it and next day same error comes in on trackday. But when driving on street and trying lots of 100-200km/h in a row, there is no error.
I looked on forum, found this error, but different code.

Mods are - catless Techart exhaust, ecu, bmc filter and pump gas 98EU(93US)

Does anybody have some clue what is problem, ecu tuner said its car problem, not software, what do you guys think?
Is 100-200km/h 0.3s gain from ECU tuning OK? Here is 100-200km/h accelerating http://www.wirx.ee/911/tuned2.xls

Here is trackday video

Have you tried putting another Maf sensor?

If you tried it, then its probably the ECU tune problem.

Try a 100-200 with no shift in 4th gear and check your time.

I got 7.4 from the 4th gear run.

It's funny because .3 sec difference is the exact difference I got when I did a 3-4 run vs. a 4th only run.

Did it do this before the plug change? Can you feel any misfires? Did you sort out the potential MAF issue?

bethhays670 Scroll down http://www.wirx.ee/911/tuned2.xls here, there is only 4th also, it was same as 3th with 4th.
I dont know about before plugs change, because car has never before driven on track.
I feel bad acceleration on track after some laps(because of bad AFR), but this never happened on road, even after plenty of 100-200km/h pulls.
Sadly I dont have another MAF sensor to try.

I have driven now about 1000 miles on road and no B1610 error.

How about boost?
Is 1.2bar@3500rpm and 0.9bar@6000rpm OK?
Pump gas US93(eu98)

Ideally, you want your to maintain your boost but that depends on a number of factors involving both tune and hardward. Too complicated to say if that's "OK" but from a purely optimized point of view, I would say that is sub-optimal.

Did you datalog before the tune? If so, check and if it looks good, you can blame the tune.

Are you running oiled filter(bmc)? If so, I think you can actually just clean the MAF. I vaguely remember BBYWU posting about this.

I logged my car when it was stock, it holds between 12.0 and 12.6 WOT pretty much all the way to redline.

I can post my stock logs if that helps in any way. Probably not...
