Quote: Would you say the DSC has negated the stiffness caused by your springs and sway bars?
I would say it has improved the ride quality without taking away any of the positive handling characteristics of the GMG parts. Basically it seems to be doing exactly what TPC said it would, lol.

After I spend a bit more time with the car I'll post a followup.

I have about 150 miles on the street and 2 days on the track at Brainerd International Raceway. I have a 2010 911 Turbo with PDK, Sports Chrono, Evoms tune with the Tune-it Software and Bilstein PSS10 w/PASM running Nitto NT01 tires and Pagid Yellow pads.

On the street, it does seem to be better at dampening, less bouncy and more compliant ride. I usually put it in the softest setting for the street. I'm pretty happy with this result! I mostly drive this on the street and was thinking about going back to stock but the DSC module made the ride more compliant on the street so I will week the PSS10's.

On the track, I've been to BIR for about 10 years and have had 996TT, 997.1TT and now the 997.2TT. This is my first time with the 997.2TT. My best time in the past with the 997.1TT was 1:52. My best time in the new car is 1:49 - and I feel like there's more room to go faster. It's not a direct apples to apples comparison but I'm happy with the DSC module (and the 997.2TT)!

I'm on Eibach, car rides much better in normal conditions and when you have in it mode 3 it's awesome. Handles great, I'll find out how much better it is on Autocross tomorrow.

Compared to what? OEM springs and shocks? Did your car get stiffer after eibach and now softer than OEM after DSC? Or at least equal to OEM?

Got my unit today. Order to delivery took 2 days. Thanks Harris!

Install took 5 minutes. Really easy. Just as OP said, 4 plastic screws (flat head), remove plastic panel, and then the unit is under the glove compartment next to the door. A clip holds it in which was easy to undo. Unplug old unit, plug in new unit.

I have Bilstein B16 Damptronic coilovers. Only tried mode 1 so far and it's a better ride than stock PASM. It's not night and day but definitely better. I would say mode 1 comfort level is more like a sport sedan now (comparing to my M5). Handling is about the same as PASM normal to my untrained mind.

Will try mode 2 this weekend.

OT: Saw in your signature "Precision Porsche." Which Precision Porsche part do you have pls? How is the fit and finish?

Your car and mine has some similar components. Great taste!

I forgot to tell you, the "secret sauce" alignment is bad ***! I like it.

OT: Glad you did. Lucent's secret sauce makes the steering response a lot less "lazy."

OT: I had the side skirts and the rear diffuser. All of them actually fit very well. Only one skirt need very minor grinding in the front. But I have since removed the side skirts as they really need the front TA-style lip to flow properly and I did not go with the TA-style lip as it sits lower and I wouldn't have been able to make it out of my driveway with that lip on. I still have the rear diffuser however as it looks really good with factory or GT2 side skirts. Hope that helps! Sorry for going OT.
