Hey guys, just got a new to me 08 997Turbo. Car has GMG headers, exuast,xpipe and its probably catless (or high flow cats). Runs great, no check engine, no codes, etc. I assume its got a tune on it but no clue who did it or how.

Here in OR Its just a plug in test, no sniffer to pass DEQ. It passed visual and smoke, failed the rest. Here is a print out.... Who can "readjust" it to pass ?

 

If your not getting a cell the o2's may be turned off. First thing you need to do is get them turned back on. You need to find out who's tune it is. Either that or get it flashed back to stock and start over with a new tune that you can put in and take out when you want.

I'd call ^these guys. They are local to you and have a lot of experience getting big HP cars smogged.

There's definitely a tune to ignore the O2 sensors. So it's currently not in ready mode.

Revert tune back to stock and all those errors will come back.

I have 2008 997 gt2 which I bought cat-less. I had Fabspeed install the high flow cat and Cobb access port... The Cobb comes preloaded for the 997 turbo. Very pleased with the results.... And you can switch/flash between maps... As long as you match your engine build.... Several vendors here sell... And cobb's customer service is terrific!!!!

I've had the guys over at Matrix off Macadem help me with issues on my 07 TT. They seem to be fair and honest. Like others have said you may need a new tune, they push the GIAC tune. Good Luck.
