Change of Pace

I know this is out of left field, but today was a turning point for me and I have moved on to a Ferrari. I traded my 997TT in today for a 04 360 and am scheduled for delivery of a 430 coupe in early Sept. 08.
I have been thinking about it for a while and I just could not resist. I have had 4 turbos in the past 5 years and have found myself constantly taking the car to its limits all the time. I found that when ever I drive my friends 360 or 430 I NEVER seem to want to speed that much. Although the Ferrari handles pretty nice, theres something about the thing that makes you just melow out a bit. I am not saying that I dont drive the F car fast, I do. But I DEFINETLY dont drive it as fast as the Porsche. A few weeks back I had a near miss in my 997TT and pretty much saw God for a moment. Since then I started asking myself what it is I like about the Porsche; It came down to the fact that I only enjoyed the car when I was driving the hell out of it. Maybee its also the fact that I have had 4 turbos and I need a change, whatever..

You had four turbos and you needed the change.

I had two and I'm feeling the same way.

I don't think you will regret the move. Enjoy in good health!

KEVIN WTF, ARE YOU SERIOUS It was just Sunday (2 days ago) you were blasting the music and letting me sit in your car and telling me how amazing it is LOL, jk man Ferrari's are awesome and after the Concours it made me realize speed isnt everything. I mean Turbo's are awesome and all, hold their own in the exotic world but the sound, driving experience and feel of an Italian Car is just amazing!

Where did you trade it in to? I want it!!!!!!!

Kevin, I couldn't be more happy for you man.. I think it is great to tap that passion once again and if it's in a Ferrari or a Hyundai, it just doesn't matter as long as you feel alive... Congrats and we look forward to the "Eye Candy" when you have time to post... Regards, Kenny
