I have Arctic Silver and just looked at OldGuy's GT Silver 997GT3 last night. The difference is definitely there. GT Silver is more of a gray color and IMO, I would go GT Silver any day of the week.

GT Silver IMO. Arctic is more common but side by side I think the GT has it beat. Its all personal preference of course and lets not forget both are great colors!

Some claimed there is a very slight hue of pink in GT silver. I went with arctic.

no pink in GT silver as far as i can tell. but it's def. darker than Arctic when side by side. a duller silver u might call it but has more depth. i like it but probably won't care spend the extra money for it if i have to choose. it's more unique than Arctic but not a world of a difference.

Dayum, thanks for that breakdown Eric!

I owned a Arctic 997 and loved it, but GT Silver would have been my choice had money not been a concern for me.

Just go with Arctic.

GT Silver is such a rip off. Unless you're side by side with Arctic, no one will know the difference. Then the GT Silver owner will smugly say, but my paint job costs more, so I'm better. Porsche is only playing to some Porsche owners vanity of trying to be different. Seriously, save the money and get some leather bits instead.
