Sorry about engine and keep us posted. I have an '04/05 997 C2S and if my engine goes, I will replace it but with a few goodies. The 3.9/4.0 upgrade sounds interesting!

This is terrible news. Did you have the IMS upgrade? How many miles with the SC? Hope you can rebuild the motor and make it bullett proof.
